If you select Nekoposu, the package will be delivered to your mailbox . You will not be able to collect it in person. We also cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times. Depending on the size and location of your mailbox, it may not be possible to deliver the package. In such cases, the delivery company may return the package and re-deliver it. The product will be delivered in simple packaging that fits into the post box. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery. If you are concerned, please use regular courier service (size 60). You can specify options such as "no top or bottom" and "no stacking."
