Cancellations and changes to products

●We cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders after an order has been completed.
Before completing your order, please be sure to check the size, color, price, quantity, and "About the Product" on the product page.

Returns and defective products

Returns and exchanges
We only accept returns for initial defects or incorrectly shipped items (both unused items). Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as "the size does not fit" or "the item is different from what I expected."

If you receive a defective product, please check that it is the same as your order. We strive to avoid any defects, but if you find any defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
We will exchange the product for the same item. If an exchange is not possible due to a missing item, we will contact you and exchange the product for an equivalent item or refund the purchase price via bank transfer.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered more than four days ago, regardless of whether they are defective or not. We also do not accept any returns without prior notification. Thank you for your understanding.
